Burgul Law and Mediation Office provides Legal Consultancy services in a wide range of areas, especially Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Labor Law and Real Estate Law.
Our office has been providing representation services before civil, criminal, administrative, tax courts, arbitral tribunals and appeal courts in cases and disputes arising from enforcement and bankruptcy law, rental and real estate law, inheritance law and labor law for more than 15 years.
Our office also provides consultancy services to commercial companies in disputes arising from Commercial Law, Contracts Law, Corporate Law, Law of Obligations, Leasing Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Labor Law and Collective Labor Agreements. In this context, it provides consultancy services on Press Law, Criminal investigations and all kinds of temporary legal protection measures. Our office also has deep experience in representing both creditors and debtors in matters of foreclosure, injunction, mortgage, enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings.
